Shipping Policy
There is a $15 flat shipping rate on all orders.
This flat rate DOES NOT apply to overseas orders - ONLY orders inside the Continental United States.
Please call for rates and charges about shipping outside of the Continental United States.
This $15 flat fee DOES NOT include oversized items such as cutters, large-format printers, laminators, heat presses, and oversized media rolls.
All shipping is handled via FedEx and UPS Ground.

Return Policy
There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or found to be defective.
In order to return goods, the customer must call or email and obtain a return authorization before sending the product back.
Returns without a authorization will be refused.
An in-store credit will be issued to the customer for the purchase price minus a 20% restocking charge.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns will not be accepted on products 30 days or older.
If a product is found to be defective, the item will be replaced if authorized to be sent back.
